We’re offering youth and community groups in Shropshire and Telford & Wrekin the opportunity to take part in activities, events and collaborative work to inspire global thinking and action for a fairer world.

We can explore many topics with a global theme and recent focuses have included Fairtrade, recycling and health around the world.

There are several ways you and your community can get involved with Bridges:

• Invite us to give a talk or workshop
• Create your own Go Global mini-project
• Bring the world to your community events

We work collaboratively with group leaders and coordinators to make sure all activities are specifically tailored to the needs and interests of you and your group.

Here are some of our recent collaborations to inspire you:

• World Reads – collaboration with local libraries
• Young Global Citizens – exploring Fairtrade with home-schooled young people
• Caring Around the World – exploring personal and global perspectives on health with young carers in Shropshire
